What Do You Have To Do?

  1. Fill out the trip envelopes with the locations you drive to and mileage information.
  2. Put all of the fuel receipts in the designated envelope.
  3. After your final trip of the quarter, send the envelopes back to us in the prepaida postage paid package we provide.
  4. We do the rest! Including helping you make any payments if required

What Do We Do?

  1. We will calculate your mileage and fuel consumption for each state and then prepare and submit the filings.
  2. Once complete, we will let you know if you have a credit or if you owe a fee.
  3. We will then provide a detailed report and summary of what states are costing you the most. This allows you to more efficiently manage your fleet and keep quarterly costs down.
